Many computer users are unsure as to what a font license is, or unaware that they even need one.
Fargun Studio. requires a license for any typeface that you are looking to install/use on a computer or website, similar to the way that software licensing works.
Licensing a typeface differs from owning one because the original typeface designer is the only owner. No rights are transferred to the user through purchase. There are not many people in the world who own, or create fonts, but many who license their usage — just like there are very few people who own Adobe Creative Cloud, but there are many who purchase a license to use it.
By purchasing a font license from Fargun Studio, you are buying the rights to use that font under the terms and conditions outlined in our License Agreement, also known as the EULA (End-User License Agreement).
This is a legally binding contract between you and Fargun Studio.
